[:en]How do you even begin to summarize something so totally overwhelming and breathtaking? I could go on using superlatives all day long, but as that would tire both you and me out I’ll just blurt out what comes to mind. This week was fun, intense, tiresome, but one of the best weeks in my life.
Some might argue that the shows are the essentials of PFW or any other Fashion Week for that matter, but I say it’s all about the people you meet and all about the connections you make. I’ve met the most amazing people ever, but as I’m not much into namedropping as that would make someone better than the other I’ll just refrain to say, I’ve met the best there are. Boring? Maybe, but as I’ve neither ever been star struck nor will I start now. I’ve met designers, photographers, people in the industry and people totally disconnected from fashion. They’ve all been a gift in lifelong friendships forming and contacts for a lifetime. Basically this post could be and endless story about what’s hot and what’s not, but I’ll leave that for upcoming Fashion Weeks. Right now I’m only left with soaking up what actually took place this past week and trying to realize what I was part of. There’s one word for it all. I’m really, really, REALLY thankful! And oh, more outfit photos will be coming up later on. 🙂

Photographer: Gabi Alves[:sv]Jag vet ärligt talat inte hur jag skulle kunna sammanfatta den gångna veckan i ord. Det är helt enkelt omöjligt och även om jag skulle kasta in alla superlativ från fantastiskt, överväldigande, massivt, etc. så skulle det bara bli en kakofoni av flum. Veckan var sjukt kul, rejält intensiv och tröttheten var på hög nivå efter festande långt in på natten på diverse events och klubbar, men då namedropping inte är min grej så skippar jag att nämna var och med vem. Tråkigt? Kanske det, men jag som aldrig haft idoler i dess riktiga mening tänker heller inte börja med det nu.
Jag har helt enkelt träffat underbara människor före, på, efter och mellan visningar och hunnit med en del plåtningar och diverse events. Jag har knutit vänskaper för livet och kontakter som jag aldrig kunnat drömma om. Jag svävar på moln och det tar nog ett tag innan jag helt och hållet landat. Men jo, landat har jag. Jag har landat i mitt egenvärde och vem jag är. Jag är ytterst tacksam! Mer outfitbilder från plåtningarna kommer senare. 🙂
