[:en]I was going to start with saying it’s been a long week, but then I realized it’s only Wednesday. The truth is, it’s been a long three months. I can’t believe it’s ONLY been three months since I began blogging as it feels like I’ve been doing this forever and got a really good routine going on right now. What I do realize is though that “this blogging thing” of mine is so much more than I had anticipated, in good and bad. The good part is I get to experience places, things and people I never would have if I hadn’t chosen this path. The bad part is that it’s really taking ALL my free time. But with that said, free time needs some defining. If I do something I enjoy and really love that is a combination of what began as a hobby and now is work, isn’t it still somewhat time I spend fulfilling myself and thus “free time”? Free time as in having time to actually sit down, breathe and read a good book I will get to. I’ll just have to downsize my schedule a bit and that’s exactly what I’m doing this upcoming weekend. I’ve cleared my entire schedule in order to do a whole lot of nothing.
Speaking of not being able to adult anymore I’m in love (I don’t use these words that much when I talk about clothes, so trust me on this one) with this sweater from a local brand called Manners Apparel. They’ve done lotsa stuff, but this sweater and other famous TV couples even made their way into my favorite store in the world, that is Colette on Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris. I was so proud when I saw it hanging there! And speaking of Brenda and Dylan, that brings back SO many childhood memories of how I used to look at America pre-living there compared to post-living in the US. I’ll save that for a later blog post, but not all of America was like 90210… With that said, make sure you get some free time fit into your schedules so you don’t burn yourselves out!

You only started blogging not so long ago?! You’re a natural 🙂
MartinNovember 30, 2016 at 12:37 pm
I agree with the previous comment. I can’t believe you’ve only been at this for 3 months!
From a health perspective, do make sure to take some time off from your busy schedule. There’s nothing worse than burning out and i want you to keep producing these great articles! Have a great weekend Thomas.
Helen ChikNovember 30, 2016 at 2:23 pm
I understand where you’re at and believe me its a hard slog at the start but its totally worth it if you love what you do! I was struggling to juggle two full time jobs but when you get to the stage where you can let one go and pursue what you love then you’ll realise it was all worth it!!
Leila D.November 30, 2016 at 2:35 pm
That’s a great sweater and I love the location that you chose for the photoshoot 🙂 Can’t believe that you haven’t been blogging long, you’re great.
Lady GoldappleNovember 30, 2016 at 2:52 pm
Thats a lot of photo’s, but love them all. Only 3 month blogging, you’ve done a great job so far. Keep it going and more of the good things will came your way, X Charissa
StephanieNovember 30, 2016 at 2:54 pm
Ummmm WHAT?! You only begin blogging three months ago?!?! That is absolutely ludicrous to me. You sound like such a professional and well experienced blogger, I never would’ve guessed that it’s only been such a short amount of time. I definitely get you and you say that you don’t have any free time though, I feel the exact same way. Even though I don’t work another job blogging is all that I seem to be doing half the time – or I guess more than half the time, huh? But it is definitely worth it because I love it so much and I get to meet fantastic people like yourself! You take it easy though this weekend and enjoy just doing nothing!

Wait, what? You have only been doing this for 3 months, un-freaking-believable! Because you are doing a darn good job, Thomas! So glad you started this journey, as you can tell it is fantastic and the opportunities it brings is limitless. And that fact that you write from your heart makes people like me love your blog even more, keep on inspiring! That is such a darling sweatshirt.

Everything you said is so true. Even though my blog is my full time job, it’s a job that allows freedom which is why I love it! And i know it can be a lot of work but it all pays off in the end trust me. Just make sure you do actually take time for friends, family, and fun in between so you can enjoy the benefits of your hard work =)

Firstly, love the title of this post! Secondly, the pictures are amazing. I love the sweater and the street style appeal.
gracieNovember 30, 2016 at 3:19 pm
Love this sweater, 90210 ? I cannot believe you have only been blogging for three months ! You are killing it ! Great content, style & photographs ! Take a deep breath once in awhile but keep doing what you are doing ! Love it
LaurelleNovember 30, 2016 at 3:50 pm
I hear you!! I feel like we relate so much! I am so glad to have something so fulfilling to do in my free time, but it does take ALL your free time and some days I just want to breathe and do nothing. So happy you cleared your schedule and get to do that this weekend! I’m going to plan to do that over Christmas break!
Jessica DuganNovember 30, 2016 at 4:02 pm
Congratulations on your 3 months of blogging! Your posts are amazing and are extremely professional – makes it seem like you’re an expert!
Maggie KrolNovember 30, 2016 at 4:08 pm
You are so right finding free time is so hard! Blogging is a full time job but on the bright side it’s wonderful to see a passion turn into something more lucrative. At the end of the day I would rather be busy doing something that I love then something that I hate! This weekend though, I am going to follow your lead and take a break to meditate and appreciate what I am most thankful for. All the best to you and thank you for posting so many entertaining pieces on your blog!

Yes, crazy how much time I spend on the blog! But its all worth it! Keep it up.
Ed from My Dapper SelfNovember 30, 2016 at 7:33 pm
Good post today, Thomas. I feel you… blogging can easily take up most of our time. At least when you take it as seriously as we do. And then there’s people who wonder if there is really any effort behind blogging like we do. Hah! Silly people.
JoNovember 30, 2016 at 8:42 pm
I really can’t wait for Christmas so I can finally take a day off, although to be honest I’ll probably still be attached to my phone looking at Insta, etc at some point in the day (oh dear!!) Anyway, enjoy your free time! You totally deserve it. Love the 90210 reference btw 😉
camilleNovember 30, 2016 at 9:20 pm
I used to have a really hard time balancing blogging and free time—that’s why I try to post only things I’m really passionate about which helps 🙂 Love your sweater, definitely an awesome buy!
Christine KongNovember 30, 2016 at 9:59 pm
I can’t believe you have only been doing this for three months! You are amazing! And OMG, LOVE this sweatshirt. Totally grew up watching 90210 and yes to Brenda and Dylan! lol. But seriously, I agree with you…blogging does take up all of our spare time and it is great to take a break once in a while and do things that are unrelated to blogging and just something for yourself. xoxo, Christine

You being blogging for only 3 months? Wow I thought is was more than that. You were made for this because you have such great style and a beautiful writing. Great job Thomas.
JenNovember 30, 2016 at 10:09 pm
I really love that sweater and watch. I feel like blogging is taking all my free time too. But it really makes me happy so I’m glad that it’s work and a hobby!
JoNovember 30, 2016 at 10:36 pm
What you achieved in 3 months of blogging is something most of us could not have even dreamed in 3 years. When I first discovered your blog, I thought you had been blogging for years as you are extremely professional and experienced in what you do. I know how hectic your schedule is every day but dedication, commitment and hard work do pay off and it’s all worth it at end. I am also so happy you will finally get a break this weekend (yay for both of us :)). Now let’s talk about these images though, I love every single one of them, truly amazing captures. I hope this company will make a sweater for my favorite TV couple – Ross + Rachel :).
IlianaNovember 30, 2016 at 11:29 pm
For three months only??? No way!
You’re doing great Thomas ? Keep it up!
I believe this my favorite casual look so far! Loved all the pictures!
KathrynDecember 1, 2016 at 1:14 am
Thomas I love how you styled the sweater with the jeans & jean jacket! Okay, so you’ve only been blogging for 3 months?? No joke I thought you had been blogging for years! You are so relatable and I love your blogging “voice”. Can’t wait to see what you will accomplish!!
Sharon WuDecember 1, 2016 at 1:34 am
Dude only you could pull off shooting in a parking lot and still look freaking amazing as ever. Love your sweater too! Looks really comfortable 🙂 I haven’t been able to adult all day today… actually all week… lol been one of those lazier weeks for sure. I guess I’m ready for the holidays 😉 xo, sharon
CandaceDecember 1, 2016 at 1:41 am
I’m with everyone else. I thought you were blogging for much longer than that; you’re such a natural. Blogging also takes up my free time, not that “I” complain about it, but my bf slides in his comments about it from time to time. I love how you share your real perspective on the world of blogging; I’m sure it makes it a lot easier for all the rest of us to do so, so that we can share tips and tricks on how to get around that 🙂
YasminDecember 1, 2016 at 2:46 am
That is such a sleek watch! Brenda + Dylan is such a cool sweater, but personally I’m more team Kelly + Dylan. Brenda was kinda bitchy and moody haha. Blogging totally takes up way more time, especially now with all of Instagram’s rules and what not. But it’s what I enjoy doing. So it’s all good, right?! 🙂
StefanieDecember 1, 2016 at 3:11 am
I can’t believe you’ve only been blogging for 3 months! You’re doing an amazing job and you’re a really good writer! keep it up, I really enjoy all of your posts! xoxo

Thomas! I did not know you just started blogging 3 months ago! This is amazing! I would have never guessed. CONGRATS! I know it is hard to keep up with everything and sometimes I don’t want to adult either. You outfit is always on point Thomas! I love the top and those jeans are great on you!
Eric kDecember 1, 2016 at 4:32 am
Thomas, if you wouldn’t tell me, iI would have never guessed that you started blogging 3 months ago . I enjoy your blogs now, I can just imagine whats coming next. wow thats exciting Buddy.
this sweater is amazing looking. Simple yet stylish. I would love you to take me there when I am in Sweden. 🙂

you’ve only been blogging for 3 months?! wow, you seem like a pro already! empty parking lots are always good photo shoot locations 🙂

DanielleDecember 1, 2016 at 3:50 pm
Thomas, 3 months?!? How is that even possible? You are such a natural! I totally feel you with the dilemma between blogging being a hobby but something that does consume so very much of your free time. Important to know when to give yourself a little “you” time away from blogging. I always need that every once in a while!

Wait, you’re only been doing this for 3 months?! That’s insane, I thought you’ve been doing this for years!! Sounds like you were born to do this, keep it up!!
IsabelDecember 1, 2016 at 5:29 pm
Thomas, it seems you been doing this all your life, really. Did I told you yet that your blog is my favorite ?! Yes, I did, like a million times, but it’s the truth. That said, I will repeat myself again saying you look amazing, and cute and stylish…
I always keep free time in my schedule to spend with myself every week: that’s the way I keep my mental sanity 🙂
Keep the good work, you’re such an inspiration!
Fe SamaiaDecember 1, 2016 at 6:46 pm
I totally relate to you in that bogging sometimes can take a lot of our free time and it is way more work than it seems from the outside. But I agree with you that It is worth doing what we love!
MikiDecember 1, 2016 at 9:16 pm
Love this sweater. How lucky to stumble across one from a brand you absolutely love! I know what you mean about not having as much time anymore. Socializing in person can definitely be so much more challenging especially since you work 9-5 and blog! However, I love that I’ve met other bloggers, and hope it means that one day we all meet and maybe end up blogging at a cafe or something together before dinner and drinks. How awesome would that be? Socializing and working with people who you love and support, and vise versa?! 🙂

Wait what, only three months?! That’s crazy, I would have never guessed. You are such a natural and it really seems like you’ve been writing forever! Blogging takes up a lot of time but it’s time well spent in my opinion. Love this fit and how you shot in a parking garage! So unique hehe.
JenelleDecember 2, 2016 at 6:57 am
You have only been doing this for three months?!! WHAT? Haha. I had to do a double take looking at that. You have established such a natural and funny voice. My hat is off to you man. Colour me impressed.
DarciDecember 2, 2016 at 7:34 am
Well don’t stress because you are killing it!!! Especially after hearing you have only been doing this for three months, much kudos to you! But I do understand where you are coming from in that I feel as if lately I have been overwhelmed with so much to do and the little time I have, leaving little time for “free time”. I want to get to a better point of being more caught up so I can take breaks more often to get to do other fun stuff! Good luck babe, keep killing it, love this denim on denim look. xo, Darci
JosieDecember 2, 2016 at 10:21 am
You started blogging only 3 months ago?! I’m so surprised like the others. You’re doing an amazing job! I love reading your posts. Speaking of taking time for ourselves and not burning out my doctor just actually asked me to take a few days off from my 9 to 5 job. Blogging I can’t stop because I love LOL it but I definitely take more time for me to relax and just do NOTHING.
I like this look! haha and can’t wait to read your post about your experience in the US. I feel like it’s going to be very interesting haha
frank linDecember 2, 2016 at 11:46 am
Can’t believe that you’re doing this since three months.
You’re such a professional and it rather seems like you’re doing this since years!
But yeah, you definitely have to calm down – this whole blogging thing can be very hard
If you don’t take time for yourself and your friends..

Only three months?! Most impressive. I completely feel you, though. People don’t really understand how much work goes into blogging. Just goes to show that you’re good at it! Plus your style is so on point. I’m obsessed with that sweatshirt!

Such a cool spot for your photo shoot! And you are completely right about how much work goes into blogging- thanks for discussing!

OMG that’s crazy to learn that you’ve only been blogging for 3 months Thomas???! O.O You’ve grown soo much in such a short span of time and I’m so proud of you. You must have an immense amount of diligence and commitment then especially since I know you’re juggling blogging with a full time job. I can’t believe you also lived in the states at one point?? I’d loveeee to hear your story like where, for how long, and why?

I though you were in the blogging industry for years hahaha. You have such natural talent and I will need for sure some tips and advices from you!!! Keep the good work Thomas.
