London beats

[:en]Sitting here in the lounge in Copenhagen having breakfast. It’s 6:30 AM which means I left home at 5:30 AM and am not in my perkiest mood, so I’ve snuggled up in a couch with a bunch of magazines and staring at the screen like, “why the F did I book this early morning flight?”. Cause that’s kinda me in a nutshell. I want to see and experience as much as possible on my trips, but I’m not a morning person. AT ALL. I mean, not even close. I’m literally a zombie until 9 AM, up for basic conversation at around 10 AM and finally mentally awake at around 11 AM. So it takes a while to get me started…

Anyhow, I’m on my way to London to spend 4 days there for bot business and leisure. The business part being a bunch of photo shoots that I’m doing, but the rest is pure pleasure (I do enjoy my shoots too though).

As I’m a huge art and culture junkie the first thing I’ll do after I’ve dropped off my luggage to the hotel is to literally rush to Tate Modern. That’s a must for me every time I’m in London. More about my visit and my personal London favorites are coming up so stay tuned!

Jo, tjena, mer tid på plats får jag i och för sig, men till vilket pris? Kommer vara halvdöd och allmänt seg fram tills minst lunch med tanke på att taxin hämtade mig 05:30 imorse och det mina vänner är en tidpunkt då jag allra helst sover och INGET annat…

Hursomhelst. Bortsett från faktumet att jag HATAR mornar så ÄLSKAR jag London. Inte så mycket staden i sig. Ingen kan påstå att det är en av världens vackraste städer precis, men däremot är dess kultur- och shoppingutbud i världsklass och det första jag gör när jag dumpat mina väskor på hotellet är att rusa till Tate Modern. Bokstavligen rusa. SÅ mycket har jag längtat efter mitt favoritmuseum i världen (eller njae, delad förstaplats, Fotografiska i Stockholm är svårt att slå).

Nu är det dock dags att boarda, men fler uppdateringar om min resa till London (som är blandat med nytta och nöje då jag kommer att köra tre plåtningar så det får väl ses som jobb) kommer under närmaste dagarna så håll utkik efter mina Londontips.

      Actually you need to visit Stockholm one day (as that’s where I’m from), but as I live in the south of Sweden nowadays Copenhagen Airport is the closest to me (and one of the best airports in Europe according to me). 🙂

    I can totally relate to the early morning thing, and it made me laugh too! I am not much of a morning person myself but I love it so much when my day starts at 6am. Something so peaceful to be awake before the rest of the world and to get a head start on my day is a great positive feeling alone to start the day with.
